Track Set Up Time
The complete setup of our track will take about 90 minutes start to finish. We will assist posting of company logos around the track.

Racers?
The 8 car setup allows around 125 individual racers per hour. Races can be set for time or the number of laps.

How about space needed?
20' x 24' is the required space for Race Day Promotions standard track in an enclosed area. Our inflatable, Big Race Tent, requires a space 38' x 38' x 18'.

Outside Tent?
A cover is needed outside mainly to keep the track conditions at a lower temperature. We will be able to provide our tent for an additional charge.

Electrical requirements?
Inside or outside, one standard 110 volt 20 amp wall plug is required. If we provide the tent, an additional 20 amp circuit is needed.
Payments?
A non-refundable 50% deposit with the balance due before the start of the event. We also require full payment on all customization options (car bodies, signs, etc.).
Have track, will travel?
We will operate anywhere in the country. We work with other track owners across the country to help accommodate your needs.
